Tenterden Chamber Networking Events
Monthly informal networking meetings enable members and the Chamber Committee to become better acquainted. Many of these networking events are hosted by a member business, which provides the opportunity to learn how it functions.
The Chamber has affiliation with the Wealden Business Group. Chamber members may attend up to six of its breakfast networking meetings each year, providing a very useful opportunity to understand other businesses in the Weald of Kent. Breakfast is chargeable.
Tenterden Chamber Of Commerce
The Chamber attempts to create awareness locally, and further afield, of businesses and services based in Tenterden and its surrounding area, and to generate business for all members. The surrounding area includes Appledore, Rolvenden, Benenden, Biddenden, Wittersham, Woodchurch, Newenden, Smarden, Sissinghurst, among others.
Through leadership and collaboration, the Chamber engages the Tenterden and district business community, elected officials and local partners in proactive business initiatives that foster Tenterden’s innovative business environment and create opportunities for Tenterden to thrive and grow.
Tenterden Card
The Tenterden Card is a Tenterden Chamber of Commerce initiative to help our High Street and all other local businesses by encouraging local shopping.
The Tenterden Card is available to purchase for £1 from many High Street shops, cafés, pubs and businesses in and around Tenterden.
Simply pick up a brochure, fill in your name, email address and telephone number, pay £1 and away you go! Cards are credit card sized and fit into your purse or wallet easily.
You can use the Card in a range of participating shops and businesses in and around Tenterden. Available offers are notified periodically to all holders, who have provided an email address.
